Two Year Replacement Warranty

The Violight Two Year Replacement Warranty offers a free replacement unit for up to 2 years after your original warranty expires.

During the Two Year Replacement Warranty period, if your Violight product should fail to operate, please send an email to warranty@violight.com with the follow information:

- First and Last name
- Mailing Address
- Phone Number
- Name of the Product
- Purchase Date of the Product
- Copy of the email confirming your purchase or order number (if available)
- Where the item was purchased
- Your Email


We will then confirm your warranty and a Customer Service Representative will contact you regarding your replacement.
